High-performing mobile-first landing page

Launched 2016

redperks was a loyalty program piloted by Target in 2015. The redperks team gathered customer data to prepare to integrate the program with the popular Cartwheel app.

Process

I implemented tagging and analytics tools, and provided input to help increase conversions. The team used this data and other customer research to optimize the sign-up process. I continuously updated the website as our Agile development team iterated to reach our goals.

The website was standards-compliant, accessible, and responsive. redperks was a mobile app, so most of the site's visits and sign-ups came from phones. I created mobile and tablet versions of the site based on desktop mockups.
